By entering the ‘CRIS Documents’ section of this site - you must acknowledge the following terms and conditions of use and agree to them in order to proceed.

You hereby certify that you are an employee of an NHS Trust, or other medical establishment within which CRIS® is installed, and are using this documentation to enable you to perform your role.

This documentation is not intended for use by anyone who is affiliated with a person or organisation which is not part of an NHS Trust, or other medical establishment, within which CRIS® is installed. Exceptions to this include companies contractually affiliated with HSS.

Where you are affiliated with another person or organisation which is not part of an NHS Trust or other medical establishment where CRIS® is installed, you must declare this by contacting training@hssnet.com to be approved for access where applicable.

You acknowledge that the intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright and trade marks) in all material used via HSS > CRIS Documentation (including, without limitation, text, images and plans) are owned by Healthcare Software Solutions Limited, unless otherwise stated, and your use of them is limited as set out below.

You are permitted to use the documentation for your own, non-commercial use within your role as an employee of an NHS Trust or other medical establishment within which CRIS® is installed, or as a company contractually affiliated with HSS. You may not change or delete any author attribution, trade mark, legend or copyright notice, and by possessing a copy of the documentation you do not acquire any rights in it.

Except as expressly permitted under copyright law, any other copying, modification, reproduction, permanent storage, repackaging, distribution, transmission or commercial exploitation of any of the material used via HSS CRIS Documentation by any means, without the prior written consent of Healthcare Software Solutions Limited, is prohibited.
