From M1 J28 (A38) Follow A38 for 4 miles until a McDonald's and B&Q depot is visible ahead on the left-hand side. Continue straight-on past the (major) traffic lights, and straight-on again at the next set of traffic lights, continue until you see a BP garage on the left. Keep in your left-hand lane and go straight on at the lights (sign posted Mansfield Woodhouse). Follow the road, under the railway bridge and go straight-ahead at the traffic lights. HSS is 150 yards past the traffic lights on the left, directly across the road from No.8 Priory Road (The building has large iron gates, which lead into a courtyard). If you get to the mini roundabout, you have gone too far and should turn around and try again. From M1 J29 (A617) Follow A617 fo 5 miles until 1st roundabout. Take 3rd turn (Straight on) posted Mansfield. Follow for 1.5 miles going past the VW dealership until BP garage on right. Keep in your left-hand lane (with the shop named "Acacia World Furniture and Home Interiors" on your left) and turn left at the lights (sign posted Mansfield Woodhouse). Under the bridge, and past Black Bull Public House and turn next left onto Yorke Street Turn right at the lights and HSS is 150 yards past the traffic lights on the left, directly across the road from No.8 Priory Road (The building has large iron gates, which lead into a courtyard). If you get to the mini roundabout, you have gone too far and should turn around and try again. By Train Catch any Robin Hood Line train from Nottingham (Midland) Station to Mansfield Woodhouse. Walk from the station to the road, turn left and the office is over the lights and 150 yards further on the left. |
